1.Limit operating voltage of rheostat: 1000V: insulation voltage 2500V
2.Temperature rise of rheostat: 25-100W varieties < 300K; > 150W varieties: < 350K
3.Sliding Degree: 25-50W Varieties: 280+5 degrees; > 100W Varieties: 300+5 degrees
4.Resistance Law, Linear Deviation: During the whole journey, the resistance law changes into a linear law,the linear deviation is not (+10%).
5.The rheostat control shaft should rotate for 5000 weeks in no less than 90% of the journey. There should be no visible damage to the rheostat.
6.The resistance of the rheostat is less than 1.5 after 6 weeks (six days) of alternating humidity and heat at 40℃ at high temperature.
