Technical requirements:
1. Power level stability: The potential drift does not exceed ± 10mV;
2.Temperature coefficient: 0.96mv/℃;
3.Copper electrode material: high -pure copper;
4.Electrolyte material: copper sulfate crystal (CP);
5.Shell material: ceramics with certain permeability;
6.Standard working life: 25 years.
7.Cable lead: yellow is the reference electrode wire, red, blue or green is the metal sheet wire
Installation Notes:
1.Before installation, soak the electrode ceramics in the water for 1 hour before installation, and then place it in the filling. Make sure that the packaging feed is fully absorbed and keeps moist.
2.The metal sheet test film should be placed in the soil.
Recommended 2 test films are used as natural tests and polarized test films, respectively.
3.Contrast the design drawings and dig the reference electrode pit at the specified location. The deep probe should be the same as the pipeline.
4.Put the polarized probe in the pre -dug -of -electrode pit. When the lower pit is derived, the cable cannot be carried on the weight of the electrode.
5.The reference cable is introduced into the test pile and is connected to the specified terminal according to the icon.
When filling back, it should be guaranteed to fill in the fine soil or fine sand of 200mm, and ensure that the reference electrodes and cables will not be damaged during the backfill process. The reference electrode filling status is the same as the pipeline.
